Yamaha CPX700 SDB electro acoustic guitar in Brand New Condition with plush lined hard shell case : Soho Central London

Beautiful electro acoustic guitar with built in tuner in perfect, unplayed, brand new condition. From a smoke free and pet free home.
This was bought as a spare and has never been used. It even still has the protective plastic sheet over the pick-up control panel.
Consequently it has spent it's whole life in it's hard shell case.
I've just paid a qualified luthier to set it up with a new set of Martin Acoustic SP .012-.056 gauge strings and it's playing like a dream.
The only reason I'm selling is to cover the cost of a recent purchase.

The price includes a Stagg hard shell plush lined case which cost almost £60 on it's own.
